Air Core Series Reactor
The iron core and air core reactor is connected in series with shunt capacitor in the parallel capacitance compensating system, with the purpose of suppressing harmonic current, reducing waveform distortion of system voltage and limiting the switching inrush current when capacitor circuit is let through.

Our air core series inductor is unsaturated under fault conditions, maintenance free, and has low loss, and long lifetime. Our iron core and air core reactor is available in CKGKL and CKGK series. The two series include many models of series choke with different capacitor rated capacity, system voltage and rated inductance. The CKGKL-20/6-5 iron core and air core reactor is designed with system voltage of 6kv; capacitor rated capacity of 1200kvar, and rated inductance of 1.82¦¸. For the CKGK-60/6-12 series reactor, the system voltage, capacitor rated capacity and rated inductance are 6kv, 1500kvar and 4.15¦¸ respectively. |
